Who are we looking for?

We are looking for our new BI (Data) Analyst, a creative person who will be involved in the design and development of information systems and analytical tools for improving business processes and decisions. Understanding and knowledge of BI best practices, relational database structures, dimensional data modelling, and reporting techniques are key points in which our future team member will thrive.

Things you will manage on your regular working day:

collecting, analysing, interpreting and consolidating all Njuškalo consumer behaviour data
work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging consumer data to drive business solutions
receiving and solving ad-hoc tasks created by the business stakeholders
collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business stakeholders, and IT, to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business outcomes
research of unfamiliar areas to discover potential patterns for consumers’ behaviour
making of a research study with presented summed and visual results (BI tools)
development, implementation and maintenance of BI solutions, data architecture and data warehousing
usage of statistical models and methods to research and recommend solutions for business growth
preparing specifications for enhancing measurements of new & existing products' performance
continuous education and development in accordance with the department’s needs

We would be a great fit if you have:

hands on experience with data warehousing principles and have a working knowledge of SQL
the ability of logical and analytical thinking, and problem-solving
hands on experience with Tableau (or Power BI tools)
excellent communication and presentation skills
affinity in data analysis and data modelling
developed organisational skills
mathematical knowledge of data modelling
proficient knowledge in spoken and written English
