We are seeking a bright and energetic Digital & Performance Marketing Manager who will primarily be responsible for developing and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital channels. This is a full-time position.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies, optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Managing and allocating media budgets efficiently, leveraging AI-driven bidding strategies and audience segmentation to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
Continuously analyzing and optimizing conversion paths and landing pages, improving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and campaign performance.
Leading collaboration with creative teams and agencies to ensure engaging and data-driven content creation for digital platforms performs effectively.
Leading collaboration with outsourced performance agency, setting performance benchmarks and ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
Managing stakeholder relationships and continuously aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
Implementing multi-touch attribution models and data-driven decision-making, utilizing A/B testing, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and Tableau for performance tracking.
Driving high-quality lead generation and optimize customer acquisition funnels, integrating retargeting and automation to enhance conversions.
Working cross-functionally with BI, Analytics, Tech, Product Development, and Online Sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and continuous growth.
You're the perfect candidate for us if you have:
- Proven experience in performance marketing and paid media, with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Tableau, A/B testing, and CRO strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) and audience segmentation strategies.
- Experience in agency management, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and efficient budget allocation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovative, data-driven campaign strategies.
- Collaboration and adaptability, working cross-functionally to achieve measurable business outcomes.
