.NET Developer - Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you’ll join a continuously evolving, large-scale project that has been improving lives for years by connecting buyers and sellers. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with all technical standards and architecture guidelines of the platform your team is working on. Of course, you’ll be writing code yourself, but you’ll also support other members of your subteam in technical tasks, such as defining the architecture. Additionally, you’ll participate in tech syncs with the Architect and other Tech Leads, actively providing feedback and suggestions for technology improvements. 

Who are we looking for? 

We’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and qualities to our team: 

• Strong .NET skills 
• Proven experience in ASP.NET framework 
• Great knowledge of relational databases 
• Knowledge of MVC design pattern 
• Knowledge of frontend technologies, HTML/CSS and Blazor framework 
• Experience in building scalable web applications 
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams 
• A proactive mindset, especially in communicating with designers, product managers, and other team members 
• Enthusiasm for solving complex challenges and processing large datasets 

Bonus skills: 

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines 
• An interest in creating and improving user flows
