We are looking for a detailed-focused person who will be a part of our cross-functional teams and work on planning and executing product testing and improving our development solutions.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist who can bring the following skills and qualities to our team:
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Understanding of APIs, including tools like Postman or similar
- Ability to analyze and interpret results, identify risks, and suggest improvements
- Strong documentation skills for test cases, test plans, and results
- Experience in investigating reported issues and preparing actionable feedback for developers
- Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive communication style, especially when working with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database testing
- An eye for UX/UI and user experience issues
- knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
What you'll work on
As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll be the guardian of quality and performance, ensuring our platform remains stable, reliable, and user-friendly. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Ensuring compliance of Njuškalo’s web and mobile platforms with the required functionalities
- Monitoring and testing new features, as well as controlling existing ones from both the user and client side
- Identifying potential risks, dependencies, and zones of influence across functionalities
- Creating and improving testing processes and monitoring systems
- Investigating reported problems and preparing actionable feedback for developers
- Documenting test cases and test processes
- Supporting the specification and implementation of technical solutions
