We are looking for Senior Pricing & Monetization Expert which will play a key role in enabling and scaling Njuškalo’s data-driven monetization capabilities.
This role focuses on advancing pricing and monetization approaches — evolving from existing smart pricing solutions towards more advanced, data-driven and dynamic pricing models across multiple business verticals.
In close collaboration with business stakeholders, Product, BI & Analytics, Technology, and Leadership, the role ensures pricing strategies are supported by robust models, insights, and scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of pricing and monetization strategies across different business verticals
- Translate commercial goals into scalable, data‑driven pricing models and recommendations
- Develop and optimize advanced pricing models (dynamic, value‑based, supply‑demand) using user, market and performance data
- Build pricing analyses, simulations and forecasts to support strategic and operational decisions
- Identify new monetization opportunities (premium features, bundles, upsell / cross‑sell)
- Lead pricing experiments and A/B tests, and drive continuous optimization based on results
- Define KPIs, track post‑launch impact and report pricing and monetization performance
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to implement scalable pricing solutions
- Act as a pricing expert, supporting senior leadership with insights on growth, revenue and monetization
You're the perfect candidate for us if you have:
- Strong quantitative background (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar)
- Strong understanding of pricing, monetization, and revenue optimization concepts
- Experience with forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python/R
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, revenue management, or analytics roles
- Experience in digital platforms (marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, telecom, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Experience with dynamic pricing or smart pricing models
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Understanding of machine learning applications in pricing is a plus
