UX/UI Designer (m/f)

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing product team and help us build intuitive, accessible, and beautiful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. A creative, detail-oriented designer who’s passionate about solving real user problems through great design. 

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile (portfolio required)
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles
• Hands-on experience with tools for wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows (e.g. Figma and Miro)
• Excellent visual design skills (typography, color, layout, UI patterns)
• Familiarity with component-based design
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and turning insights into action
• A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with frontend/backend devs, PMs, and QA

Bonus skills:

• Experience with microinteractions
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar or Google Analytics)
• Experience with agile workflows

 What you'll work on

As part of a senior-level, cross-functional product team, you will:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile
• Create and evolve Njuškalo’s reusable components and future design system
• Simplify complex workflows and datasets into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Prototype and test new features and UX flows
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and responsiveness
• Continuously iterate on existing designs based on user feedback and data
