We are seeking for an HR Planning & Operations Expert who will ensure structured, compliant, and well-organized HR operations in a lean and dynamic company environment. As part of a small HR team, this position balances analytical and governance work with hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle.
The role combines HR operations ownership with personnel cost planning, compensation analysis, HR policy development, and regulatory support. This is a full-time position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the end‑to‑end preparation and validation of monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with payroll provider
- Maintaining complete and compliant employment documentation and HRIS data in collaboration with external partners.
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of HR reports and dashboards (headcount, personnel costs, salary changes)
- Owning key elements of workforce and personnel cost planning, monitoring FTE/headcount movements and cost trends, and preparing data‑driven proposals for hiring, salary adjustments, and organizational changes to support decision‑making.
- Managing the salary benchmarking process (e.g., Mercer), ensuring accurate data submissions, driving fair and transparent pay practices, and overseeing the administration and communication of employee benefits.
- Ensuring HR processes and documentation comply with employment regulations, maintaining audit‑ready HR files, and owning the drafting, updating, and implementation of HR policies, rulebooks, and guidelines in collaboration with legal advisors.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate HR communication toward employees, co-organize company level engagement and cultural initiatives, and contributing to a positive and supportive employee experience.
You're the perfect candidate for us if you have:
- Solid understanding of labor law and employment regulations
- Experience in personnel cost planning, HR budgeting, or compensation analysis
- Experience with salary benchmarking and structured pay frameworks
- Strong Excel skills (analysis, forecasting, compensation calculations)
- Experience working with HR systems and structured reporting
- 4–7 years of HR experience with exposure to both operational and analytical topics
- Experience in collaboration with Finance / Controlling
