Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping innovative digital products? At Njuškalo, our Product Development team is looking for a Product Owner to help drive the creation, planning, and development of digital solutions across all Njuškalo platforms, both web and mobile. As part of one of our agile teams, you will play a key role in turning ideas into impactful products that deliver value to our users.

This position is part of the Product Development team and reports directly to the Director of Product Development. The role is offered on a fixed-term basis as a maternity leave replacement.

Who are we looking for?

Your proactive approach to product development and business initiatives will be a key driver of our success, helping shape products from concept to launch.  You'll feel good here if you have:

• 2+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long‑term product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and use of data to inform product decisions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
• Strong understanding of the relevant industry or digital product landscape

 What you'll work on

As a Product Owner at Njuškalo, you'll play a role in the planning and development of new digital products and solutions across all platforms we support. We need someone who can think strategically, align projects with our company's goals, and understand the market to identify valuable opportunities and customer needs.  Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

• Manage the Product Backlog by creating, prioritizing, and maintaining a transparent, value‑driven list of features, fixes, infrastructure changes, and tasks.
• Define and communicate a clear Product Goal and vision to align the Scrum Team, stakeholders, and the wider organization.
• Participate in Sprint Planning and Daily meetings, attend Sprint Reviews to inspect increments and gather feedback, and join Retrospectives to improve team processes.
• Make product decisions that maximize value while balancing stakeholder needs and business objectives.
• Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and align expectations.
• Track and influence key KPIs such as Time-to-Market, MAU, CSAT, Response Rate
• Collaborate with different in-house departments – i.e. Development, Marketing, Customer Support…
